Spunfab adhesive webs are often referred to as heat seal adhesives because heat is required to activate and bond them. Spunfab webs can be activated with a number of industrial heating methods, some of which are illustrated below.

Spunfab products are easy to use and can be adapted to existing manufacturing methods or incorporated into new processes. They are supplied in tape, sheet or roll form as a pre-measured, ready to use product, replacing capital intensive dispensing equipment and labor intensive maintenance and clean up.

Effective use of Spunfab adhesive webs requires a collaboration of the heating process, the adhesive, and the substrate(s) to be bonded. Spunfab representatives are available to work with Spunfab's customers to help optimize critical process conditions such as temperature, pressure, and dwell time.
