Spunfab adhesive webs are based upon polyamide, polyester, elastomeric, urethane, and olefin polymers. These base adhesive polymers are formulated to accomodate application requirements such as:

1.) Melting point (typically between 75C to 200C)
2.) Peel, shear, tensile strength
3.) Viscosity, elasticity and hardness
4.) Porosity, breathability, and low weight
5.) Special properties (wash, dry-clean, color, antimicrobial, scent, flame, etc.)

As the only adhesive supplier dedicated exclusively to adhesive webs, Spunfab maintains the broadest thermoplastic adhesive supplier base in the industry. Sourcing polymers from the leading thermoplastic suppliers in the world, Spunfab customers have more options regarding performance and cost. New and unique adhesive webs can be formulated to address the application - specific needs, providing manufacturers with greater value and an effective adhesive partner.

Proprietary extrusion and web forming technology is used to produce Spunfab webs, providing unique and differentiating characteristics that offer added value to manufacturers. Spunfab designs, engineers, builds and operates their own process technology, providing further value to customers and quick response to market changes.
Spunfab adhesive webs are available in the lowest basis weights, providing un-equalled weight to performance ratios, porosity, and bond strength to breathability ratios. They are also available at high weights, providing an economic alternative to film adhesives.
